Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to prequalify a pool of CONTRACTORS to provide, but not be limited to, strategic communications, crisis communications, community outreach services including event support, social media management and marketing services for Osceola County on a task authorization basis. The COUNTY is seeking experienced and professional CONTRACTORS skilled in providing such services to government agencies.
