Construction of this project which includes but is not limited to the removal of detention door locks, the replacement of detention lock cylinders, welding, relocation of security system computers, running conduit and wiring, concrete drilling, installation of new fire alarm system tamper alarms, reprogramming the fire alarm panel, and the installation of new Knox boxes. Engineers estimate $300,000.

Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a Class “B” license at the time of contract award.

Special Requirements:

-NDA is required to obtain an electronic copy of the plans at no cost.

-Any Contractor or Subcontractor wanting to attend this site visit must show up on time, have identification and a valid security clearance (an individual cleared within 6 months of the walkthrough date) and also notify both [email protected] and [email protected] of their intent to use that clearance for the mandatory pre-bid site visit, by January 8, 2025, or they will not be allowed to attend.
