Project Description: This project includes demolition of exterior and interior storefront windows, removal glass block wall at reception desk, millwork, flooring, and removal of various electrical and mechanical systems. New items included in this project are new exterior and interior store front system, secured vestibule, new reception desk with transaction windows, new flooring and ceilings, new mechanical ducts and systems, and new electrical systems.
