27-0048 RFQ CMAR Estrella Parkway & Yuma Rd Inside the Goodyear Blvd Loop

Project Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction design phase services and complete construction for Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road – Inside the Goodyear Ballpark Loop Project. The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the Project will be by the CMAR delivery method.
The Owner’s initial budget for design of the project and all other related services is approximately $3,000,000 (FY2026) Approximately $28,000,000 is programmed for Construction in FY2028. Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
