Description
Fulton County, Georgia (¿County¿) is seeking nonprofit organizations that have
experience administering the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance program (TBRA) or a similar program.
Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿ and/or ¿Proposals¿), the County is soliciting
Proposals from qualified Proposers for the administration of TBRA programs aimed at providing rental
assistance to eligible household with low to moderate incomes, specifically those at or below 80% of
the Area Median Income (AMI).
