Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to request Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified general engineering consulting firms interested in providing General Engineering Consulting (GEC) services to the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA). The procurement of GEC services will be conducted using qualifications-based competitive proposal procedures. All Proposers to this RFQ are subject to the instructions communicated in this document, as may be amended, and are cautioned to review the entire RFQ and carefully follow the instructions herein.
