RFP10252- Mint Facade Lighting

Project Description: Sealed Bids on behalf of the Community College of Philadelphia, will be accepted online, via the PennBid Program (http://www.pennbid.net/) for the Mint Façade Lighting project until 09/22/2026 for the following contracts:
Contract No. 1: General Construction
Contract No. 2: Electrical
Bids will be publicly available on PennBid directly after the closing of Bids.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09/01/26 at 2:00 PM, onsite at 1700 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia, PA 19130-Mint Building (Front Entrance).
Bidding Documents will be available at no cost at http://www.pennbid.net/ as they become available.
This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
The Contractor is required to comply with the guidelines and requirements set forth by the
Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), in accordance with Attachment 2-RACP Compliance Guidelines.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bond with corporate surety or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid.
Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum will be required from the lowest, responsible bidder for each Contract.
ONCE THE DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS HAS BEEN REACHED, NO TERMS OF THE CONTRACT CONTAINED IN THE RFP MAY BE MODIFIED, REVISED OR CHANGED AND THE OWNER WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY SUCH REQUESTS.
