Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for a Pay and Benefit (P&B) study to be conducted. The Government is in the early phases of preparing for a solicitation for the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Maintenance and Operations follow-on contract. This study is needed before a solicitation is posted for the follow-on, as the Government needs to have a fair and reasonable P&B package for non-Bahamian personnel employed under the AUTEC Maintenance and Operations contract. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541990. Small Business Size Standard is $19.5M.
