Summary To provide the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), the Division of Developmental Disability (DDD) and the Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services (DERS), Rehabilitation Service Administration (RSA) programs with service for Home Modifications. The Department is seeking a registered licensed Contractor to provide Home Modification Statewide to a home of the eligible individuals with disabilities to increase the individual’s ability to function with greater independence.
