1412087846 (RFQ) Base Camp and Standalone Mobile Facility Rentals Addendum 2

The purpose of this solicitation for Base Camp and Standalone Mobile Facility Rentals (this "Solicitation") is to select one or more company(s) to provide turnkey base camp and standalone mobile facility rentals for disaster recovery, storm response, and other operational support needs as described in this Solicitation (the "Work"). The Work shall include the provision of all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and management to establish, operate, and maintain temporary base camps and associated mobile facilities capable of safely housing and supporting JEA personnel, contractors, and mutual aid workers during emergency response and recovery operations.

The company(s) shall be capable of achieving initial operational capability within 24–36 hours of notice to proceed, with full base camp operational capability within 48 hours, subject to site access and conditions. All facilities and services shall be provided as turnkey, safe, sanitary, and fully functional solutions throughout the deployment period.
