Project Description: St. Louis Community College (hereinafter referred to as “College” or “STLCC”) invites all interested and qualified parties (respondents) to submit proposals to provide a 24X7 call center to answer inquiries for technical support services for students at the College and for after-hours support for faculty and staff of the College.
