Architectural & Interior Design Services - FY25 - IDQ(A)

The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional architectural firms to provide services on an as-required basis. The City intends to enter into an annual, renewable agreement with the firm selected to provide these services. The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for architectural and interior design services required under the agreement.

Although this contract may be used for any type of City project, the primary focus of this contract will be to develop architectural and engineering plans arising from concepts developed through the City’s urban planning and economic development initiatives, and a strong background in relevant City processes is desired. Experience in renovations of existing buildings as well as in the use of historic tax credits is desired.
