Description
Oregon State University intends to contract with Frontier Precision for the purchase of an NDAA‑compliant drone and LiDAR system as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. The selected system must provide stable flight performance, autonomous flight planning, terrain following, and high‑precision LiDAR data collection suitable for forest inventory and terrain mapping and have an accuracy of approximately ±3 cm and precision of ±0.5 cm to meet performance requirements for reliable spatial data acquisition. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
