Bid Description:
This project consists of multiple HVAC improvements to the Hancock Town Office & Library Building (1027 VT-100, Hancock, VT), including a ducted heat pump, energy recovery ventilator, and heat pump water heater. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
