NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Office of Procurement, 365 Losher Street, Suite 320, Hernando, Mississippi, for the annual bid for securing Poly pipe for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.   The bid period is one year beginning October 1, 2026 with the option to renew for an additional one year upon agreement of the parties.

Specifications are on file in the Office of Procurement, DeSoto County Administration Building, 365 Losher Street, Suite 320, Hernando, Mississippi, during normal business hours. Information concerning this bid can also be found on the Procurement Page @desotocountyms.gov at no cost or from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com for a fee. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. DeSoto County reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the DeSoto County Office of Procurement.

That all bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as instructed in the bid package and delivered to the Office of Procurement at the above address or electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com .  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding submission, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.

The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
