This solicitation is limited to Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) dealers only.
The State of Ohio, Department of Children & Youth, is soliciting MBE dealers to provide products available on State of Ohio contracts and the State Term Schedule (STS). Only certified MBE suppliers may respond to this solicitation.
Quoted prices must be equal to or lower than the applicable state contract pricing.
Vendors must include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the item grid. Proposals that do not include a state contract number will not be considered as referencing a state contract.
Vendors must also attach the company’s required quote to the item grid. The quote must clearly indicate the applicable state contract number.
Responses for products or services that are not part of a current State of Ohio contract will not be considered.
The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.
Award selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.
