In this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) is seeking to pre-qualify and enter into open agreements with one or more real estate brokerage firms with a specialization in the leasing of retail, office, and medical space and the purchasing and selling of land and/or buildings throughout the state of Texas, as well as related services requested by MDACC and its campuses. MDACC hopes to enter into agreements that may provide, in the aggregate, the desired product and geographic coverage, understanding that individual firms may serve only certain locations or services.
