The County of Burlington has issued a solicitation of bids titled "Fire & Burglar Alarm Monitoring" (CPU-26-0009). The bid specifications are available for download by prospective bidders under the "Attachments" tab within the solicitation located at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net. Bid documents and forms must be downloaded and submitted in their original format. Any bid modified from the original format will not be accepted.

All bids shall be submitted electronically at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net by the deadline as specified in the bid specifications. The County shall not accept any bid submissions via email, fax, courier, mail, or in-person delivery. Any physical bid delivered will be returned to the sender unopened. The County is not responsible for any bid not submitted on time. The County is not responsible for any internet or electronic issues that may include, but not be limited to, connection issues, technical difficulties, errors, power outages, etc.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq.
All solicitations are subject to change. Bidders are advised to check the County's eProcurement system periodically for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date.
The Division of Purchasing's public office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST, County holidays excluded.
