Project Description: The Granger-Hunter Improvement District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing shop lift system at its Headquarters' shop. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of the current lift equipment, procurement and installation of a new high-capacity shop lift system (60,000 lbs. and 80,000 lbs. options), and all associated electrical, mechanical, and structural modifications. The replacement lift must meet current safety standards, accommodate heavy-duty vehicles, and enhance operational efficiency. Proposals should include company and equipment background, detailed equipment specifications, warranty, support and training information, cost proposal (separate document), and all other requirements found in the attached Request For Proposal document.
