DPM Outbound Household Goods (HHG) Services, Andros Island, Bahamas

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL has been tasked to solicit and award a services contract for Outbound Household Goods Services at the Atlantic Undersea Testing and Evaluation Center, Andros Island, Bahamas as described in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period commencing on 01 June 2026 through 31 May 2027, four (4) one year option periods, and an optional 6-month extension IAW FAR 52.217-8.

The PSC Code is V003. The NAICS Code is 484210, with a size standard of $34M. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Outbound Household Goods Services in support of Joint Personal Property Shipping Office – Southeast (JPPSO-SE) at AUTEC Andros Island, Bahamas. The Contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel labor, supervision, management, any items and services necessary to perform outbound household goods services as defined within the PWS.

The solicitation will be available on or about 26 March 2026, for download on the SAM.gov website at https://SAM.gov/. The RFP will include instructions for preparation of proposals, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM.gov to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFP, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. SAM registration is mandatory.
