Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online for the Horsham Water & Sewer Authority (Authority) via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM prevailing time, on March 18, 2025 for the following:
Landscaping/Lawncare
Contract 25-1
The contract consists of lawncare, tree trimming and seasonal cleanup at 24 water and sewer facility sites owned by Horsham Water and Sewer Authority.

The Horsham Water & Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality in the bids or to make an award to such Bidder who, in the judgment of the Authority, makes the most advantageous bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
