STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF REPLACEMENT RFP

The City of Dalton will be advertising for proposals for the project titled RFP ¿ Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement for Dalton Public Works Office. Services consist of the removal and replacement of the entire roof of the Public Works main office located at 535 N Elm Street ¿ Dalton, GA. Sealed proposals will be received by City of Dalton until September 23, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM on September 3, 2025, at the Public Works Office located at 535 Elm Street Dalton, Georgia 30721. Proposal submissions will be for furnishing supervision, materials, labor and equipment required for satisfactorily completing the specified work. In order to be considered a responsive bidder, the contractor must be in compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and shall submit with their bid, a signed and notarized affidavit verifying its compliance with O.C.G.A. §13-10-91. The bid package, specifications, and contract documents for this Project are open to public inspection at the City of Dalton Public Works Department located at 535 Elm Street, Dalton, Georgia 30721 and on the City of Dalton¿s website at daltonga.gov/rfps.
