ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE PRICE BIDS
Price Bids. Sealed Price Bids for railroad track materials will be received by the:

Hayti, MO 63851
Bids Due on or before Thursday, May 21st, at 1:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME),
at which time and place the Price Bids will be opened and considered. Any Price Bid
received subsequent to the aforementioned time will be promptly returned to the Vendor.
Price Bids must be on the forms provided and in accordance with the "Competitive Price
Bids For Track Materials" document which is available from the Port office (phone 573-333-
4125) or john@pemiscotport.com at no charge. The "Competitive Price Bids For Track
Materials" document will contain all material related specifications and lists of material
quantities.
