Repairs including, but not limited to, existing blower building, blower system, electrical panels, sludge belt press and controls, composting screen repair components, internal road damage, equipment storage building and effluent monitoring controls destroyed by tropical storm Helene (NC 4827 DR) on September 27, 2024. The project includes: Evaluation of damages, development of a scope of work and estimate of costs, electrical design, design of equipment building, environmental and civil design of road repair and mitigation/resiliency planning and design. |
