Description:	Sealed Bids for the construction of the James Sewer and Street Improvements Project will be received by The Town of Apex until 11:00 AM local time on January 9th, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing 885 LF of 8” PVC sewer-line, 38 LF of 8” DIP sewer-line, as well as asphalt pavement and concrete work along James Street. Bidding Documents also may be examined online at the Town of Apex website and https://townofapex.idtplans.com/secure/; and the office of the Town of Apex Public Works Administration Building located at 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Interested bidders are encouraged to contact Matthew Reker (matthew.reker@apexnc.org) to be included on the plan holders list in order to receive timely updates and addenda.
