Request for Proposal - 2026 Assessment Services

Westlock County (as may be referred to hereinafter as the “County”) is requesting a detailed and comprehensive proposal from qualified accredited individuals and/or businesses for the delivery of Assessment Services to support operations of the Municipality.
The County serves approximately 7200 residents and operates multiple facilities, including an administrative office, public works shops, recreational facilities, and fire and emergency service locations. Also governed by seven (7) Council members, including a Reeve and a Deputy Reeve.
Property assessment plays a major role in the success of delivering the County’s activities, which include, but are not limited to, administration; roads and bridges maintenance; water and sewer delivery and maintenance; facility management; fire and emergency services; planning and community development; and licensing and issuing various permits.

The anticipated contract term is three (3) years with an option for renewal for two (2) additional years.
