RFP 25-020 “Wing Park Restaurant Operator for Food Truck and Whiskey Bar”. The City of Elgin requests proposals for a Restaurant Operator to partner with the current golf operations to provide labor services to manage a newly concepted whisky and simulator bar at the new clubhouse at Wing Park Golf Course. This proposal includes operating the city owned food truck to support this hospitality environment. Firms seeking consideration shall submit their bid at, https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx, the City’s electronic bidding website. All bid documents shall be uploaded to the website no later than March 28, 2025 at 11:00 am.
