LAKEWOOD REINVESTMENT AUTHORITY DEVELOPMENT OF 6051 W. ALAMEDA AVE. AND 6203-6205 W. COLFAX AVE.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will accept Statement of Qualifications submitted electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) for: LAKEWOOD REINVESTMENT AUTHORITY DEVELOPMENT OF  6051 W. ALAMEDA AVE. AND 6203-6205 W. COLFAX AVE.

A Mandatory Onsite meeting to review and discuss the project will be held at 10:00 AM, MT on April 29, 2025, starting at 6501 W. Alameda Ave., 80232 and then continuing at 6203-6205 W. Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80214.

Please note: No late attendees will be admitted after the meeting has started.

Submittals must be received electronically in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado until 10:00 AM, MT on June 6, 2025, at which time they shall be downloaded from RMEPS.

Submittals will be time-stamped by RMEPS upon receipt. The City will only accept Statement of Qualifications submitted in RMEPS and will not accept hardcopy Statement of Qualifications submitted by any other means.

If Respondents have questions or need assistance, contact BidNet support at 800-835-4603 option 2.  After uploading Submittal documents, Respondents must click the SUBMIT button.  The City will not accept uploads that are “saved” but not “submitted”.  To verify that a Statement of Qualifications was submitted successfully, Respondents may contact BidNet Support or verify via the Bid Management tab in Respondent’s account that the documents are not in “Draft” status.

RFQ documents will be made electronically available online at no cost on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado , as of April 21, 2025. The City of Lakewood cannot guarantee accuracy of information obtained from any source other than RMEPS. Respondents are required to use their own RMEPS account.

All questions shall be sent in writing to Kevin Goggin, Contract Administrator, Purchasing Division at email kevgog@lakewood.org before 5:00 PM, M.T., on May 13, 2025. An Addendum will be issued, if necessary, to include all vendor questions and City responses and posted on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at: http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado . It is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure addendums issued are acknowledged and submitted along with their respective Submittal documents.  Failure to submit such addendums may result in disqualification of respective submittal.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all Submittals in part or in whole.
