Bids will be received by the Guilford County Purchasing Department, at 220 Seneca Road, Greensboro, NC,
27406, until 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, for Domestic Water Taps at the
Guilford County Detention Facilities, located at 201 South Edgeworth Street, Greensboro, NC 27401 &
501 East Green Drive, High Point, NC, 27260. This is an Informal Bid Process and there will NOT be a
public opening for this project.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid ZoomGov Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
You may join the ZoomGov Meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
A non-mandatory site walkthrough will be held on November 13, 2025, at 1:00 P.M., at the High Point
Detention Facility, located at 507 East Green Drive, High Point, NC. 27260. Immediately following, will be
the site will be the walkthrough at the Greensboro Detention Facility, located at 201 South Edgeworth Street,
Greensboro, NC 27401. The walkthrough will be conducted by R.C. Pritchard Engineering Services and the
Guilford County Detention Facilities.
Bidding documents, drawing, and specifications are available for viewing on Guilford County’s Vendor Self
Service automated bidding system at: https://guilfordcountync.munisselfservice.com
Any and all DOCUMENT CLARIFICATION REQUEST concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to
the office of R. C. Pritchard Engineering Services, 212 Kirk Road, NC 27455, to the attention of R. Craig
Pritchard, rcpritchardpe@gmail.com with a copy to Zachary Ruleman, zruelman@guilfordcountync.gov and
DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov.
Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all filed of required work in North
Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged.
A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this Project.
Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
