- Project Description: This RFP is for storm events or other perils such as flooding, wildfires, ice storms, tornadoes, etc. The Parish, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, shall determine if the RFP contract will be activated depending on the event’s impact in St. Tammany Parish. Parish activation shall not be a guarantee of the volume of work to be performed.
