TR-32-2026-04 Back Lane Paving Program

Lac La Biche County is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to complete the 2026 Back Lane Paving Program within the Hamlet of Lac La Biche.

The Work includes site preparation, grading and compaction, removal of existing asphalt where required, placement of owner-supplied granular base course, and placement of 75 mm of hot-mix asphalt along approximately 420 m of back lanes, covering approximately 2,250 m². The Work also includes traffic accommodation, quality-control testing, utility adjustments, tie-ins, site restoration and correction of deficiencies. Construction must be completed by October 15, 2026.

The Bidder shall submit two (2) hard‑copies, and one (1) electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive. All required copies shall be submitted together in a single sealed package clearly marked and identified as follows:
