Photovoltaic Systems 2026

Utah State University is requesting proposals from Design/ Build teams consisting of a general contractor, subcontractors, and technical consultants to design and construct multiple photovoltaic ( solar PV) systems under the Utah State University Photovoltaic Systems 2026 project.

Proposals should include pricing for all projects as well as individual pricing options. Selection will be based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation, with emphasis on achieving the lowest levelized cost of energy ( LCOE) while meeting all requirements.
