Golf Center Bathroom Renovations

The City of Ballwin seeks bids from qualified contractors to modernize the restrooms at the Ballwin Golf Course Event Center, 333 Holloway Road, Ballwin, MO 63011 in accordance with the specifications attached. Sealed bids addressed to the City of Ballwin, 1 Ballwin Commons Circle, Ballwin, Missouri 63021 will be accepted by the City of Ballwin until 10:00 A.M. (prevailing local time) on the 5th day of May, 2026 at which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud. Bid Documents include this Notice to Contractors, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, the Plans and Specifications, Bid Proposal form, Bid Bond form, proposed City-Contractor Agreement, Bidders Information Sheet form, Exhibits, and any Addenda issued prior to closing of the scheduled time for accepting bids. Bids should be clearly marked “BID OPENING: Restroom Modernization: 26-16 Attn: Rob Jones.” Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided. ADDENDUM #2

This Addendum #2 is issued to provide further clarification and detailed specifications for the

Golf Course Restroom Modernization project (RFP 26-16). This document must be signed and

included with the firm's proposal submittal.

1. Revised Material Specifications

The following material requirements are hereby added to the project scope for both the

Floor Tile

Armstrong Cascade 2x2 ACT (or approved

equivalent). Replace all existing acoustical

ceiling tile pads with new mineral fiber tiles

featuring a stepped tegular edge.

Bobrick B-8898 Designer Series

Automatic Faucet (or approved equivalent).

Must be counter-mounted, touch-free sensor

operation, finished in polished chrome

(coordinated with other fixtures).

Maxim Spec 24" Wide LED Bath Bar (or

approved equivalent). Integrated 16W LED,

3000K color temperature, satin nickel finish

with acrylic shade, ADA compliant.

Black Bobrick Partitions. High-privacy stall

and urinal partitions. Panel height of 72"

mounted 6" from the floor. Color: Black.

Previously specified to reinstall partitions in

women’s restroom is hereby removed from

the scope. New partitions shall be installed

in both Men’s and Women’s restrooms.

12" x 24" porcelain tile. Note: This updates

the previously specified 12" x 18" size to a

more standard dimension. Body-through

porcelain.

Countertops & Shelving

Quartz Countertops in both restrooms.

Additionally, provide and install Quartz

Shelves (8" x 24") in both bathrooms in

each stall.

Fixtures Scope

Scope includes all new fixtures, partitions,

and hardware. The previously specified

2-1/2" beveled mirror strip is hereby

removed from the scope.

Men’s and Women’s restrooms at the Ballwin Golf Course Event Center:

This document should be signed and included in the firm’s RFP document when

submitted by the due date.
