The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and materials to disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing fire alarm system and replace it with a new fire alarm system, including all associated connected devices, in accordance with the provided specifications. The new fire alarm system to be installed is the Monaco MAAP-X Addressable Fire Alarm MNS Voice Evacuation Panel IAW scope of work provided. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on June 25th, 2025.
All quotes must be submitted via email to Tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. Source Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically acceptable.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 811310
The small business standard is $12.5.
All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
