Construction Management Services for 5 Norwalk Public School HVAC-IAQ Projects

The City of Norwalk (The City) is soliciting qualifications from Construction Management (CM) firms which hold an approved and active status under the State of Connecticut DAS pre-qualification program to provide comprehensive Construction Management Services and assist the Norwalk Land Use and Building Management Committee of Norwalk Common Council, and the Project Engineer regarding the selected building improvements at the Norwalk Public Schools. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
