New Smyrna Beach Utilities (NSBU) is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate, ITN to identify, evaluate and select the institution or institutions that can provide NSBU a tax exempt variable rate non-revolving line of credit liquidity facility in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this ITN in a principal amount not to exceed $30 million (the "Facility").
