1. Project Lead – will be assigned to one of the project’s workstreams and will lead and manage that workstream, including the assigned mix of internal and external resources, to achieve the workstream objectives;
2. Project Scheduler – will be working directly with the Board’s Project Manager and Project Leads for tasks including update and maintain project plans and schedules, as well as various logistics assistance such as booking and recording meetings and tracking actions across the effort;
3. Business Analyst – will be assigned within one or more workstreams for various tasks including requirements development/analysis, process and procedure drafting, sustainment checklists and metric development as well as working session booking/logistics or other assigned tasks;
