Beginning Friday, February 28, 2025, Drawings and Specifications will be available in electronic format to prospective bidders from PennBid (www.Pennbid.net). All bids must be submitted utilizing the PennBid Program. All bids are due by 2:00 pm on March 28, 2025 to the PennBid system.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be a hybrid in person and on zoom meeting, in person will be held at Hemlock Farms, in the Public Safety Meeting Room right next door to the Existing Mail Room @ 349 Hemlock Farms Road, Hawley, PA 18428 on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

One bid shall be submitted and uploaded. All bids submitted must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount in the form of a certified check or bank cashier’s check made payable to HEMLOCK FARMS. or a bid bond with approved security.
PLEASE NOTE: HEMLOCK FARMS IS A GATED COMMUNITY. THEREFORE, ALL BIDDERS MUST CONTACT JOHN WORMUTH, RECREATION DIRECTOR AT 570-775-4200 X-126 AT LEAST ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND THE BID DUE DATE TO ARRANGE FOR ACCESS.

A Performance Bond guaranteeing that the work will be completed with sufficient surety equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required. a Payment Bond guaranteeing that all the work and material will be paid for, with sufficient security equal to one hundred percent (100 %) of the contract amount, will be required. The contracts will be awarded in (1) ONE prime contract; Site Work, General Construction including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler construction.
HEMLOCK FARMS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
