Traffic Signal Poles & Arms

The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide traffic signal poles and equipment, including but not limited to shafts, arms, and luminaire arms, in accordance with Invitation to Bid (ITB) # 2025-021.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the City of Salem Purchasing Department, located at 114 North Broad Street, Salem, VA 24153 by 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened. Bids may be submitted electronically on eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov , mailed, or hand delivered.

Bidders who choose to submit their bids electronically must ensure that they are registered on eVA. Paper copy still required to be submitted by due date and time.Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.

The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.

No bid may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Offeror must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
