APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division has procured Armed Protective Security Officer ( PSO) services on a noncompetitive basis to Triple Canopy, Inc (13530 DullesTechnology Drive. Ste 500, Herndon, Virginia 20171) for up to five ( 5) months, August 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, to allow time to solicit and award the follow-on contract, as well as to provide adequate time for transition. This action resulted in a modification to extend the ordering period of the existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract to allow placement of a task order to continue critical PSO services throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Task order(s) will only be issued under this contract for the necessary length of time required, but not to exceed five months. As such, this extension will allow time to complete the solicitation and award as well as provide an adequate transition period to the new effort for this requirement.
