INVITATION TO BID
SLIPPERY ROCK UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA PA State System of Higher Education UP-2024-010 Campus Recreation Intramural Fields Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contract. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. Work included in each Separate Prime Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. General Construction General construction consists of all site work necessary to construct the synthetic turf field as shown on the contract documents. Work generally consists of erosion and sedimentation control, site demolition and clearing, bulk grading, installation of stormwater management facilities, fine grading, concrete curb and paving installation, synthetic turf field |
