Public Notice Broadway Circle Request for Proposal
The City of Minot is requesting proposals for the lease and operation of a 6-unit Family Homeless Shelter, a 17-unit Low to Moderate Income (LMI) complex along with managing retail spaces located 101 19th Ave SW; 15 19th Ave SW and 45 19th Ave SW. All three locations are located within the City of Minot, ND 58701.
Deadline for receipt of proposal responses by the City is 4:00 p.m., on October 24, 2024. Applications will be received in the City Clerk’s Office at the Minot City Hall, 10 3rd Avenue SW, Minot, ND 58702. The address is P.O. Box 5006, Minot, ND 58702.
