The City of Fernley Utilities Department is requesting sealed bids for the 2025-2026 Annual Materials Supplier Contract. Bids will be received at 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV 89408, until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened.

Scope of Work:

The selected supplier(s) will provide the City of Fernley with materials and/or equipment as outlined in the bid package. All materials must conform to the requirements of the Federal Government's Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act. Proposals will be accepted on a material unit-cost basis and shall include any miscellaneous charges such as hourly labor, travel, or mobilization/demobilization costs. Bidders are required to total all unit-cost materials and submit a completed bid table reflecting the total cost for evaluation purposes.
