Description
Proposals will be received on the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 18, 2025. Only electronic submissions through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Sanitation Headquarters located at 1809 W. US Highway 80, Savannah, GA to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.
Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
