KSU: Student Event Services & Equipment

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with qualified suppliers who will provide Event Services and Equipment to the Kennesaw State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Scope of Services: The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University is seeking suppliers to provide entertainment services and equipment for Student Affairs. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified vendors who can provide a broad range of event services and equipment to support student programming and campus engagement initiatives. These services aim to enhance the overall student experience through dynamic, safe, and enjoyable campus events.
Services Required
The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing equipment, entertainment, and services, including but not limited to:

Inflatables

Bounce houses, obstacle courses, interactive inflatables, slides

Yard Games

Oversized and traditional lawn games: cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, ring toss, etc.

Carnival Games

High striker, duck pond, etc.

Rock Wall Climbing

Portable climbing walls including setup, staffing, and safety measures

Fair Rides

Small amusement rides appropriate for a campus setting (e.g., spinning rides, mini Ferris wheels, swing rides)

Artist/Entertainers

Airbrush Tattoo artist, Caricature artist, DJ entertainment, Photobooth, Henna tattoo artist, painting, etc.

Carnival Food

Cotton candy, popcorn, funnel cakes, snow cones, cookies, etc.

Fair Rides

small amusement rides, appropriate for a university setting

Rental Furniture

Tables, chairs, flooring, tents, etc.

Packages

Movie night package, Prize Package, etc.


Vendor Responsibilities
·         Timely delivery, setup, and teardown of all rented equipment and services
·         Staffing and supervision of activity stations
