Notice of Intent to Sole Source
Please read this notice carefully as it constitutes the only notice that will be published.
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to award negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Exousia Marketing Group, LLC., 648 Hamden Drive, Evans, GA 30809
The government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

This notice will be distributed solely through SAM.gov for Federal Business Opportunities at https://sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website to ensure they have the most up to date information regarding this acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541890, Other Services Related to Advertising, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0.

Reclamation intends to award a one-time sole-source contract with Exousia due to the following factors:
1)        Exousia is currently authorized to use the Reclamation logo.
2)        Exousia went through a detailed and lengthy approval process to obtain clearance to provide items with Reclamation¿s logo on it. Exousia is in strict compliance with branding standards and legal requirements.
3)        Exousia can meet Reclamation¿s time frame for production and delivery of the required items.

This is not a request for competitive quotes, bids, or proposals, and a solicitation will not be issued. Responsible sources may identify their interests and or provide a capability statement as a response to this notice. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management, have a valid UEI number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 19, 2025 at 12:00 Noon MDT.

Reclamation will not accept telephone inquiries. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
