INVITATION TO BID BID# TPS-2025B STATE PROJECT NUMBER 143-0078RR TORRINGTON MIDDLE SCHOOL ROOF RENOVATION AND ASSOCIATED WORK Torrington, Connecticut Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Torrington Board of Education at the office of the Torrington Board of Education, Donna Labbe – Business Manager, 4 th floor, side entrance for Central Office, 50 Major Besse Dr, Torrington, CT 06790, until 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 15, 2025, after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the date and time specified will be rejected. In the event of the closure of the Torrington Board of Education, the bid will be opened at the scheduled time on the following business day that the Torrington Board of Education is opened. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided and in a sealed envelope clearly marked with appropriate title. Bidders shall submit an original and two (2) copies.
