The City of Warner Robins issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining bid responses for painting services to be completed inside City Hall. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, prepping, priming, painting, and cleaning of all specified areas within City Hall.
Complete specifications are provided in Attachment #1: GA-4642 Interior Painting of City Hall RFP. Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM(ET) in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room of City Hall (700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093).
Proposals will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
