CHIP Housing Project

The City of Warner Robins seeks bids to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, etc. for the construction of the CHIP housing construction program located at 900 S Armed Forces Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.The successful bidder shall be responsible for the turn-key construction of a Single-Family Housing Development at Airman Blvd. The proposed development will consist of ten (10) Single-Family homes with no more than 4 attached units. These homes should be approximately 1,200 sqft 2-bedroom units. The project area for the homes will be approximately 1.24 acres with existing stormwater and road infrastructure complete.  Complete specifications may be found in Attachment #1: CED-4643 Bid Package CHIP Housing Project.

A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM(ET) at 900 South Armed Forces Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.  To remain eligible for bid award, at least one representative from the respective contractor must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting.

All proposals and required documents must be submitted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, by the designated date and time of Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 3:00 PM(ET).

The City encourages proposers to submit questions in IonWave for clarification or additional information relating to proposal specifications. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Friday, January 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM(ET).

Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this RFP.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
