The scope of work involved for this project is as follows:
-
720 sq. ft. addition and renovation of 8160 sq. ft. of existing fire station including apparatus bay build out and new mezzanine.
-
Adding appx. 320 LF insulation to both station 3 & station 4.
This Project will be evaluated in a qualification-based selection process. Each Proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its Professional Qualifications and Past Involvement with Similar Projects, Proposed Work Plan, Schedule, and Cost Proposal. As such, Proposal prices will not be read at proposal opening.
